Booking Information

Simply email us to confirm the availability and dates you wish to reserve your stay at the cottage. We will get back in touch with you as soon as it is possible.

On booking we will also send out the booking forms which need to be completed within a week of your booking, the reservation will be on hold until the end of that period.

Details

All bookings are for the each week between Saturday to Saturday, shorter periods of stay are also available. Entry is not before 2:30pm and departure is at 10am on the day of departure.

No Pets Allowed
The rental once agreed upon is the responsibility of the tenant, any cancellations will result in loss of your full rental. Damages are to be paid for, on the day of departure please ensure cottage is clean and tidy for the next tenant.

Deposits

Please send with your booking form 25% deposit of the rental, all payments whether online or by post are to be made to Freddie Conway. Booking 2 weeks before you arrive requires the full rental price. If the rental is not paid within the 2 weeks the booking may be cancelled.

Area

The area of Preston in Shropshire is a small but friendly hamlet near to untouched country which borders both England and Wales. This village is a great start to finding your way around Shropshire, visit Bishops Castle and its wonderful scenery, pubs and cafes. Interesting and traditional shops are found in Churchstoke, Clun, Ludlow and Welshpool all of this is within easy reach of the cottage. Its a perfect place for those who enjoy walking and cycling through endless countryside.
