SQW - Phase One Baseline Survey

SQW was commissioned by Shropshire County Council to conduct a baseline survey of businesses in the Switch on Shropshire (SoS) project area, to measure the attitudes towards, and levels of, ICT engagement, broadband connectivity and e-commerce.

The survey took place between June and August 2004. 2,000 businesses in the SoS area were canvassed, and 210 responses were received by either fax, post or via an online survey.
