Business Link Merger

The merger of Business Link Herefordshire and Worcestershire with Business Link Shropshire - to form Business Link West Mercia - took place on April 1st 2005.

The merger means businesses in the area now have access to one of the strongest business support agencies in the country and the efficiencies gained will mean more public money will reach the end customer - local businesses.

Business Link West Mercia will concentrate on the SME market - more than 80% of the businesses in the three counties have less than 10 employees - and will have a strong focus on innovation.
